  • OOhh Spring is here!

Here in Midland and Locust the buds are blooming on the Bradford Pear trees, daffoldils and tulips are popping out of the ground.  I love this time of the year, makes all our realestate inventory look so good!

Over the winter we have had alot of inventory homes finished ready for the new year.  Looks like Locust Valley is chalk full of homes, and they're thinking about the next phase across the street.(Only 13 homesites left in there)  New neighborhoods are popping up. We have a new idea coming about...a golf cart community will be replacing an old mobile home park in Locust, revitalization is always awesome! Homes will be of the cottage style and priced to build quickly. The Meadows is almost complete as well. One homesite available on mls. Over here in Midland we have something brewiing on Reed Mine Rd...actually we have alot going on on Reed Mine Rd!!
Besides the Villages of Red Bridge which is pre-selling homesites, we have another neighborhood cutting in. One 10ac. parcel available and it comes with well and 3 bed septic. Going down 601 Currituck is selling 2+ acre homesites. Back up 601 hang a right on Mt. Pleasant Rd you'l find Pressley Grove with 3+ ac wooded homesites available.

Now, for those investor and developer types out there....four parcels are looking pretty good for the takin'!  Ranging from 33+ acres to 46+ acres all in between Pioneer Mill Rd and Reed Mine Rd. Ya'll might just want to give us a call and get something going before you're left out!!

Spring time is here and the buyers have been calling!  Our phones are turning red in Midland so we opened another office in Red Cross!  Please come out and visit us.

  • An Everchanging Marketplace

I have been happliy selling Real Estate for the past 8 years in the Charlotte-Metro area of North Carolina. I have been extremely well trained in New Home Construction/Sales and have had equal time in General Brokerage. I take my business seriously and work hard to give my utmost attention to all I come in contact with.  The challenge of being a Real Estate Broker is mostly diversity - there are never two days the same and never ever two transactions alike - I like that!   Furthermore, you have to be able to adapt to an everchanging marketplace. The changes in the Charlotte-Metro area of North Carolina are astounding!  Every year the borders are stretched just a little bit further, new businesses are coming, old communities are being refreshed and as the Public's REALTOR it's my job (our jobs) to keep current with all that!  It saddens me to hear all the hype about commission fees being too high, FSBO's can do "IT" better and all the rest that's been buzzing lately.

If the Charlotte-Metro area is everchanging then it stands to reason every other city across the world as doing the same. I wonder, if someone needed a gall bladder removed or a heart transplant wouldn't they go to a professionally trained Doctor to perform such an important task?  If you're vehicle beaks down and you know nothing about the mechanics of vehicles wouldn't you go to a professional to fix it?  Why then would one not want a professional Realtor help you with the largest purchase most will ever make or sell in an everchanging market that you know little of the mechanics involved?

It's a good thing Doctors and Mechanics don't have everchanging insides....they'd be hard pressed to keep up with that and keep their fees the same for 20 years!!  I think I'll just stick to Real Estate.
